2026.0 Thomas Built Saf-t-liner Efx2 School Bus - Structure
Thomas Built school buses from 2026-2027 models (EFX2, HDX2, and C2) are being recalled because interior body panel joints above the wheels may not be properly attached, potentially failing to meet Canadian safety standards. This defect could weaken the structural integrity of the bus body and increase injury risk during a crash. Daimler Truck North America will mail owners instructions to bring their buses to an authorized service facility for repairs.
