- Reason
- The overseas manufacturer identified during production inspections that some products contained swab shafts that did not meet strength specifications. An investigation revealed that swab shafts supplied by the supplier as raw materials may have contained shafts with unusual creases, and it was confirmed that these creases were affecting the strength of the shafts. Consequently, we have decided to voluntarily recall products that used swab shafts from the same raw material lot.
