Polaris Rzr: Risk Of Fire
Polaris RZR Recall Summary Polaris is recalling 118 RZR vehicles because the fuel tank vent line may be routed too close to the exhaust pipe, causing it to kink. A kinked vent line can build pressure in the fuel tank, potentially causing it to leak fuel onto the spinning prop shaft, which creates a fire hazard. Owners of affected vehicles should stop using them until the vent line is inspected and rerouted if necessary.
