When water pressure inside the circuit becomes too high, the screen shows "water temperature is too high" instead of the correct message "water pressure is too high," which can cause medical staff to perform unnecessary troubleshooting and temporarily delay surgery. The recall affects 23 units with specific serial numbers shipped between October 2021 and November 2024; no serious injuries have been reported to date.

本製品において、回路内の出口バルブが閉まっている等により、回路内の圧力が高くなっている状況で、コント ロールユニットの画面表示に本来は「水圧が高すぎます！」のアラーム表示がされるべきところ、「水温が高す ぎます！」と誤記があるアラームが表示されることが確認されました。
