2025 Ktm 390 Adventure - Structure
KTM is recalling certain 2025 390 ENDURO, 390 ADVENTURE, and 390 SMC motorcycles because the side stand spring may break, causing the side stand to fall open while riding and stall the engine. A sudden engine loss while riding could increase crash risk. KTM will mail owners and ask them to have a dealership install a new side stand spring and sensor plate.

- Issue: On certain motorcycles, the side stand spring could break. If this happens, the side stand could fall or open suddenly while riding and cause the engine to stall.
