- We received a report from a distributor in Japan that some of the resin had already leaked or hardened upon opening the package. We asked the manufacturer to investigate the cause, and found that during the manufacturing of the lot in question, a worker had deviated from the procedure and set the temperature conditions during manufacturing higher than before, which could easily affect the quality of the product. Therefore, it was determined that there was a possibility that the problem had spread to the entire lot, and a recall was promptly implemented.
