- We have determined that, for the affected lots of this product, scanning the barcode printed on the PTP sheet for the individual dosage unit displays a different product (Lixiana 15 mg tablets) even though the actual product is correct. While there are no issues with the barcode on the outer carton or the quality of the product, and we do not believe that taking this medication will cause any health risks, we have decided to conduct a voluntary recall as we believe this could cause confusion among healthcare professionals.
