- On January 27, 2026, we received a report from a medical institution that a bottle had broken when the aluminum cap of a buffer solution from the affected lot was opened with a dedicated tool. Upon testing buffer solutions from the same lot stored at our facility, we confirmed the presence of fine scratches near the area where the breakage occurred in multiple samples. Additionally, fine scratches were confirmed in the active ingredient using the same material manufactured during the same period.
