弊社営業担当者より、本機器の納品時に特定のメモリキーにおいてレーザーが出力されないとの報告を受けまし た。調査の結果、不具合はメモリキーに依存するのではなく、特定の3パターンの出力と照射時間の組み合わせ を選んだ場合に、機器の起動直後のみレーザーが照射されないことを確認しました。この不具合を解消するた め、ソフトウェアを更新する自主改修を行います。
