- Reason
- The replacement cam chain tensioner used in the last recall has not been providing consistent tension adjustment to the cam chain. This can cause abnormal engine noises and could lead to the failure of the cam chain tensioner adjuster. This could cause the rear wheel to lock up and may disturb the riders ability to control the motorcycle which could result in an accident. Remedy: Recall affected machines and fit ratchet type chain tensioner adjuster kit.
