Prevost Car (us): Exterior Driver Side Mirror May Detach

- Component: VISIBILITY. Prevost Car (US) Inc. (Prevost) is recalling certain H3-45 and H3-45 VIP vehicles equipped with aftermarket exterior driver side mirrors. The mirror exhibits excessive play and may detach.
- Reason
- A detached mirror can reduce the driver's visibility and become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash. Remedy: Prevost will inspect and replace the mirror as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 10, 2026. Owners may contact Prevost's customer service at 1-866-870-2046. Prevost's number for this recall is SR26-03. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning February 27, 2026.
