Ford S-max: Headlamps May Switch Off Without Warning
Recall Summary Ford is recalling 38,820 vehicles (S-Max, Mondeo, Edge, and Galaxy models) with Adaptive LED Headlamps because a software error combined with a lost control signal could cause the headlamps to turn off unexpectedly while driving. This creates a collision risk, particularly at night. Ford will update the software in the affected vehicles to fix the problem.
