Honda Motorcycles Cb1000s: Fuel Hose Detached Under Fuel Tank
Honda is recalling 979 CB1000S and CB1000SPS motorcycles because the fuel hose connected to the fuel tank can detach while riding due to incorrect positioning of a sensor against the fuel line connector. If the hose detaches, fuel may leak onto the rear wheel, which could cause the rider to lose control or create a fire risk. Honda will inspect and reroute the wiring harness and replace the fuel hose.
