- Reason
- It has been identified that the software on vehicles equipped with Advanced Emergency Braking (AEB) system has an error in its programming. This could cause the AEB system to incorrectly registered a collision risk with a stationary object and brake the vehicle to avoid a collision. This could result in the drive loosing control or an emergency braking situation without the drivers knowledge. Remedy: Recall all affected vehicles and upload new software to the AEB system.
