- Reason
- It has been identified that under certain situations it is possible for the weld joining the bracket post to the base plate to fail. This could allow the TV monitor to become detached from its stored position. If this was to occur whilst the vehicle is in motion it can result in either block the drivers view of the road or strike them causing injury. Remedy: Recall all affected vehicles to replace the monitor bracket with a stronger version.
