- On the subject vehicles the wheel carrier bolts on each front hub may not have been tightened to the specified torque. This could result in detachment of the road wheel. Remedy: Dennis Specialist Vehicles have written to the operators of all potentially affected vehicles advising that the carrier bolts should be checked and tightened where necessary to ensure adherence to the manufacturers specification.
