Honda Motor CO Accord: Potential Wiring Chafe Situation And Short Circuit
Recall Summary Honda is recalling 4,716 Accord and Aerodeck vehicles in the United Kingdom because the air conditioning wiring harness may be routed incorrectly, causing it to rub and wear through over time. This damaged wiring could create an electrical short circuit. Dealers will reroute the wiring harness and add protective covering, or replace the harness entirely if the wiring insulation is already worn.
