Nissan Motor () Juke: Airbag May Release High Temperature Gases
Nissan JUKE Airbag Recall Summary Nissan is recalling 2,498 JUKE vehicles in the United Kingdom because the driver airbag may develop small holes when it deploys during a frontal crash. These holes occur when high-temperature gases from the airbag inflator contact the airbag material directly, and the hot gases or damaged material could then contact the driver's skin. The airbag will still function properly in a crash, but Nissan will replace the driver airbag.
