- Due to a process error at a component manufacturer producing brake servos installed on certain vehicles manufactured/imported during a certain time period, the pressure shaft of the brake pedal and the actuation shaft of the brake booster may not have been manufactured to specifications, which may cause the screw connection between the brake pedal pressure shaft and the brake booster actuator shaft to fail to meet manufacturing specifications and become loose. If the screw connection loosens, noise may occur, and the braking distance may increase, increasing the risk of an accident...
