- Issue: This recall is for cabs installed on certain trucks or sold as a replacement part. On a small number of trucks, the bolt(s)s on the cab may be loose or missing. As a result, crash performance could be reduced. Note: This voluntary recall is not being conducted under the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Safety Risk: Reduced crash performance could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Volvo Trucks will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, install and/or tighten the cab bolt(s).
