- It has been confirmed that, in some units of the "PhD Hemostasis Valve" (product name: "Merit Hemostasis Valve"; Medical Device Manufacturing and Sales Certification No.: 227ADBZX00092000), the spring-loaded back-end cap becomes pushed in during use overseas and fails to return to its original position, preventing the hemostatic valve from closing. As a result, we have decided to voluntarily recall the affected products.
