Saab 93: Towball Came Adrift From Towbar

SAAB is recalling 1,788 vehicles (SAAB 93, 95, and 900 models) because the towball can separate from the towbar due to a design issue with how internal and external forces interact with the towball housing. This separation could cause a trailer to detach from the vehicle. SAAB will initially modify the towballs and housing, then replace them with calibrated units at a later date.
