- The rotor blades in the brake vacuum pump may have a rough surface and be subject to wear. In the worst case the blades may break causing loss of brake vacuum assistance and resulting in increased stopping distances. Remedy: The affected vehicles are being recalled to Toyota Dealers for replacement of the vacuum pump blades and rotor.
