Health hazards: 当該製品を使用した場合、患者検体の免疫表現型が正確に特定されず、誤った細胞を同定する可能性がありま す。その結果、適切な診断がなされず、治療を受けられない又は誤った治療を受ける可能性や、追加の骨髄穿 刺、フローサイトメトリー検査の再実施により追加の侵襲や治療の遅れが発生する可能性が考えられます。 しかしながら、検査時に想定される結果とは異なる細胞パターンの結果を示すため、異常を検知することが可能 であること、また、当該製品は体外診断用医薬品であり、人体に直接使用するものではなく、臨床診断は臨床症 状や他の検査結果などと併せて総合的に判断されるため、重篤な健康被害が発生する可能性はないと考えられま す。なお、現在までに本事象による健康被害発生の報告は受けておりません。

- We have received multiple complaints regarding abnormal staining patterns in some products from this batch. Upon investigation, we confirmed that CD45RA FITC antibody had been mixed into the CD20 FITC reagent. As a result, abnormal staining patterns may occur during flow cytometry analysis, potentially leading to the misidentification of cell populations. Since we cannot rule out the possibility of similar incidents occurring, we have decided to voluntarily recall the products from this batch.
