Mercedes-benz Cars Glc: Steering Components May Be Insufficiently Grounded

Recall Summary Mercedes-Benz is recalling approximately 446,000 vehicles (GLC, A-Class, C-Class, B-Class, CLA, and GLA models) because steering airbag electrical components lack proper grounding. This defect could cause the driver's airbag to deploy unexpectedly, potentially injuring the driver or causing a crash. The manufacturer will install a contact bridge on the steering column to restore proper electrical grounding.
