Recall Summary Omeda Giraffe OmniBed and Giraffe OmniBed Care Station infant incubators are being recalled because clips that secure the soffit (exterior cover) can loosen and fall into the infant care area, potentially causing choking or injury. The recall affects 73 units manufactured between November 2004 and June 2019, and GE Healthcare Japan will replace the fasteners with corrected ones. No injuries have been reported so far.
