Volvo Car Xc70: Fire May Occur

Volvo Recall Summary Volvo is recalling approximately 1,552 vehicles (XC70, V70, S60, and XC90 models) sold in the United Kingdom because the electric cooling fan control unit may lack adequate corrosion protection. If corrosion allows water to enter the control unit, it could cause an electrical malfunction and potentially ignite a fire in the engine compartment. Volvo will replace the fan assembly with an improved version.
