Health hazards: 特定の条件で操作をすることにより、本問題が発生した場合、ガントリまたは寝台がオペレータや患者に接触する可能性があります。また、インターベンション処置中にニードルに接触した場合、ニードルの配置にも影響を与える可能性があります。しかしながら、本装置を使用する際は、医療従事者により常に装置および患者は監視されており、本事象が発生した場合でも、直ちに適切な処置を取ることが出来ますので重篤な健康被害につながる可能性はないと考えております。なお、現在まで、本事象に起因すると思われる健康被害発生の報告は受けておりません。
Reason: The overseas manufacturer has identified two issues in devices running software versions 5.0 and 5.2 of this product, where, under specific operating conditions, there is a risk of contact between the gantry or table and the operator or patient. Consequently, we have been notified by the overseas manufacturer that they will release software updates to resolve these issues, and we have decided to carry out this work in Japan as a voluntary recall.
