Scania Bus N: Possible Loss Of Steering Control
Scania Bus Recall Summary Scania is recalling 2,040 buses (Scania Bus N and K models) sold in the United Kingdom because nuts on the steering track rod end clamps may not have been tightened properly during manufacturing. If the clamps are not tight enough, the track rod could detach during heavy steering, causing loss of steering control. Dealers will inspect the track rod end clamps and replace them if needed.
