Ford Focus, Kuga, Mondeo, Puma, S-max, Galaxy, Explorer - Ausfall E-call
Recall Summary Ford is recalling multiple vehicle models (Puma, S-Max, Explorer, Galaxy, Focus, Kuga, and Mondeo) produced between August 2018 and October 2024 due to a malfunction in the telemetry control unit that can disable the e-Call emergency system and other comfort features. The issue will be fixed with a software update to the telemetry control device. This recall applies to vehicles distributed in Germany.
