Recall Summary A gas and water button adapter (model AW-01G) used with endoscopes is being recalled by Fujifilm due to incorrect labeling on the product packaging. Approximately 1,613 units shipped between December 2019 and February 2026 have incorrect generic names printed on their boxes. The labeling error does not affect how the device works, and no health problems have been reported related to this issue.

Reason

送ガス・送水ボタンAW-01Gの特定のロットにおいて、個装箱上に誤った一般的名称を表示して製造販売したこと が判明しました。一般的名称を正しくは「内視鏡用部品アダプタ」と表示すべきところ、誤って「内視鏡用送水 タンク」と表示していました。そのため、一般的名称を表示したラベルを修正する自主回収を実施します。
