The defect may prevent the device from connecting to the network and sending data after April 1, 2026, affecting 473 units with specific serial numbers. Reason

医療機関から、テルモＰＤマイケアを使用しているマイホームぴこの患者治療情報が患者向け腹膜透析管理アプ リケーション、および医療従事者向け遠隔モニタリングアプリケーションに反映されないとの品質情報を受領し ました。 調査の結果、通信サービスを継続的に使用するための通信モジュールのソフトウェアアップデート用プログラム において、コーディングミスがあることが確認されました。これにより、2026年4月1日以降、回線に接続でき ず、通信によるデータ送信ができなくなる可能性があることが確認されました。 本事象を受け、対象患者に対して本不具合に関する案内文を提供するとともに、マイホームぴこの付属品である 通信モジュールの自主回収を実施することとしました。
