Reason: In the long-term stability test (25±2°C/60±5% RH) for the 100-tablet PTP packaging of this product (0.4 mg: Lot JA031, 0.8 mg: Lot JA011), impurity levels in the related substances test at the 24-month mark exceeded our in-house standards. The reference samples met our voluntary standards in all packaging specifications. In response to this, we conducted tests using preliminary samples from the stability study and found that some lots similarly exceeded our voluntary standards; therefore, we have decided to voluntarily recall all lots within the expiration period.
