BMW X5: Hydraulic Brake System Unit Replacement

BMW is recalling 73 vehicles across multiple models (X5, X7, XM, 5 Series, 7 Series, 2 Series Active Tourer, X2, and X1) in the United Kingdom due to improper welding on the brake servomotor. The defect could cause the weld to fail under high brake pressure, resulting in reduced braking effectiveness and increased stopping distance. BMW will replace the hydraulic brake system unit on affected vehicles.
