Color Shine 59 gel nail varnish (12 ml) is being recalled because it contains diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide (TPO), an ingredient banned in cosmetic products under EU regulations. TPO may harm reproduction and unborn children and can cause allergic skin reactions. The product, distributed by Jessie Milano in Italy, does not comply with cosmetic safety rules.
