2022 Freightliner Custom Chassis (fccc) Mt Chassis - Lights And Instruments

Freightliner is recalling 1,280 Custom Chassis MT trucks from model years 2022-2026 because light sensors may not function properly, which could prevent headlamps and tail lamps from automatically turning on in low-light conditions. Faulty lighting reduces visibility and could increase crash risk. Daimler Truck North America will mail owners instructions to visit an authorized service facility for a software update to fix the issue.
