- 当該製品に含まれるマニホールドについて、流路内に異物が認められたとの事象が製造元へ報告されました。製 造元による調査の結果、当該異物はマニホールドのハンドル材料と同一の材質であることが確認されました。特 定のハンドルの特定部位において成型時に発生したバリがマニホールド本体への組立工程において剪断され、そ の一部がマニホールドの流路内に混入した可能性を否定できないと判断され、製造元より当該製品を自主回収す るとの連絡がありました。 この連絡を受け、当社としても当該マニホールドおよび当該マニホールドを組み込んだキット製品において、同 様の不具合が発生する可能性を否定できないと判断し、自主回収することといたしました。
