- The rear suspension dual purpose ram securing cap head screw may not be correctly torqued. There is a possibility that the screw could become loose and damage the brake pipe which could result in brake failure. Remedy: Recall all affected vehicles for inspection and if found to be incorrectly torqued carry out rework procedure as laid down by converter.
