Braun: Wheelchair Restraint Retractor May Not Lock (equipment Adaptive/mobility)
Recall Summary Braun is recalling wheelchair restraint retractors in certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles because the retractors may fail to lock properly. An unlocked wheelchair can shift during vehicle movement, posing an injury risk to passengers. Braun and Q'Straint will inspect and replace the retractors for affected vehicle owners at no cost.

- An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury. Remedy: Braun will work with Q'Straint to inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge.
