医療機関よりＤドライ透析剤２．５Ｓのカリウム含量が承認規格を下回る（0.3mEq/L程度）との報告を受け、製 造業者にて返却品の含量測定を実施したところ、カリウム含量が承認規格を下回っていることが確認されたた め、自主回収することといたしました。 また、同様の事象（カルシウム、ナトリウム含量が規格を下回る）が発生している可能性がある製品についても 自主回収することといたしました。
