Wabash National: Liftgate Deck Pins May Break (structure)
Wabash National is recalling certain 2025-2026 dry freight trucks because deck pins in the liftgate structure may break, causing the liftgate platform to fall unexpectedly. This creates a risk of injury to people nearby. Wabash will replace the deck pins and bushing kits for free, with owner notification letters expected to arrive August 31, 2026.
