- We received a quality report from a customer stating that "floating particles were observed inside the bottle." Upon inspecting the returned and retained samples, we confirmed the presence of similar floating particles. Furthermore, we identified products whose pH levels fell outside the range specified in the approval certificate. In light of these quality issues, we have decided to conduct a voluntary recall.
