Recall Summary Children's wheeled sneakers (including roller skates, light-up boots, and quad skates) imported from China are being recalled because they contain dangerous levels of lead and phthalate plasticizers in the USB cable components. The lead levels measured 15 times higher than the safety standard, and phthalate levels were 133 to 158 times higher than allowed. Exposure to these chemicals can cause skin irritation, eye problems, nervous system damage, and liver and kidney damage.
