2019 Ford Mustang - Powertrain

Recall Summary Ford is recalling 330 vehicles from the 2019-2020 model years (Expedition and Mustang) because warning messages and chimes that alert drivers when the transmission is not in Park are not working correctly. The warnings only last 3 seconds instead of the required 10 seconds and 30 minutes, which means a driver could exit the vehicle without realizing the transmission isn't in Park and the vehicle could roll away. Ford will mail owners instructions to bring their vehicle to a dealership for a software update to the instrument cluster.
