Some units in this lot contain less liquid than specified, which could result in fewer test measurements than expected. The manufacturer states that the affected equipment has built-in functions to detect and display low reagent levels before use, so insufficient product should not actually be used for testing, and the reagent's concentration meets quality standards. No health problems have been reported from this issue.

Health hazards: レボヘム０，０２５Ｍ 塩化カルシウム液の内容量不足により、想定測定回数に満たない場合がありますが、本 製品を使用する機器には試薬残量表示機能および残量計測機能が備わっており、使用者は測定前に当該状態を確 認することが可能です。そのため、内容量不足の製品が実際の測定に使用されることは想定しておりません。ま た、当該試薬の濃度は規格どおりであり、良品との品質差は認められていないことから、誤った測定結果を生じ るおそれはありません。 以上のことから、本不具合による健康被害の発生は想定されず、健康被害の原因となることはまず考えられない と判断致します。なお、これまでに本不具合による健康被害発生の報告は受けておりません。
