Ford Focus - Ausfall E-call
Ford Focus Recall Summary Ford is recalling certain Focus vehicles built between April 24, 2018 and October 19, 2019 because a software update can cause communication problems between the vehicle's telematics control unit and Ford's service network, which may disable the e-Call emergency system. The e-Call system is designed to automatically contact emergency services after a severe crash. Ford will update the telematics control unit software to fix the issue.
