Daf Trucks Lynx: Steering Column Upper Coupling Fixing Bolt Loosens

Recall Summary DAF Trucks is recalling approximately 4,600 Lynx and Olympian buses produced at their Workington Plant because the steering column upper coupling bolt may not have been properly tightened during manufacturing. This looseness could eventually lead to detachment of the steering shaft. The manufacturer will replace the fixing bolt with an alternative type currently used on Volvo Olympian models.
