Toyota Engineering & Manufacturing: Seat Back May Unlatch During Crash (seats)
Recall Summary Toyota is recalling certain 2022-2026 Sienna Hybrid 7-passenger vehicles because the second-row seat backs may not stay secured during a crash. Unsecured seat backs could fail to protect occupants properly and increase injury risk. Toyota will fix this by updating seat restraint software for most vehicles or replacing the second-row seat backs for vehicles with the Mobility as a Service package.
