Color Shine 039 gel nail varnish (12 ml) is being recalled because it contains an ingredient called TPO that is banned in cosmetic products and may harm reproductive health, unborn children, and cause allergic skin reactions. The product was distributed by Jessie Milano in Italy and does not meet cosmetic safety regulations. Distributors have been ordered to stop selling the product as of September 25, 2025.
