Bentley Motors Continental Gtc: Risk Of Fire

Recall Summary Bentley Motors is recalling 10,926 Continental GTC, Flying Spur, and Continental GT vehicles because a battery cable connection through the engine bulkhead may be loose. While most owners will experience only a no-start condition, in rare cases a loose connection could overheat and cause a fire if the battery is heavily discharged and the vehicle is under high electrical load. The manufacturer will replace the connection nut with a locking nut and retighten it to proper specifications.
